Atypical new house and equipped with 95 m2, 150 m from a beautiful white sand beach, and 1km walk from bars and restaurants. Bread and grocery store a minute walk away.

Floor, a living room (sofa and TV), a kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 1 bedroom, bathroom, wc.
Two terraces with different exhibitions, one with a small sea view, garden furniture available for relaxing moments, aperitifs on the terrace and meals outdoors. Parking (possibility several cars) on completely fenced property with electric gate so secure for children.
Ground floor bedroom with king size double bed, bedroom floor double standard bed, convertible sofa in the living room. Possibility to make available an umbrella bed for baby, with other equipment, bath, pot, bottle warmer, babycook etc ...
