The Space:

Escape to Ocean Terrace, a welcoming two-bedroom lodge ideal for couples, families or friends seeking a laid-back coastal getaway.



Sleeping up to four guests, the lodge offers a comfortable double bedroom and a twin room, along with a modern bathroom with a shower. This has Jack and Jill access from both the hallway and the master bedroom for added convenience. Both bedrooms have a decent amount of clothes storage and the master has a dressing table too.



The lodge is compact, but very comfortable and well-equipped. The open-plan living area is cosy and inviting, with comfortable seating, a fireplace for cooler evenings and everything you need to settle in and feel at home. Perfect for snuggling up to a film on the smart TV.



The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials for easy self-catering, alongside a dining space perfect for relaxed meals together. You'll find all the mod cons of a normal kitchen, including a gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.



Outside, a private decking area with sun loungers provides a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, all while taking in the peaceful meadow views.



Combining comfort, charm and a tranquil setting, Ocean Terrace 19 is a wonderful base for exploring the coast or simply switching off and unwinding.

The Neighborhood:

Ocean Terrace is ideally located for making the most of North Devon’s spectacular coast and countryside. Set within Mullacott Park, there’s plenty to enjoy without even leaving the site. The park sits in spacious grounds surrounded by open countryside, with room for children to run and play, plus a play area, giant outdoor chess set, table tennis tables and an on-site bar and restaurant for easy, relaxed days close to home.



Perfectly positioned between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe, the lodge is a great base for exploring some of Devon’s best beaches and coastal scenery. Woolacombe Beach, regularly ranked among the UK’s finest, is just a short drive away, offering miles of golden sand, surfing, swimming and beach walks. In the other direction, Ilfracombe Harbour is full of character, with independent shops, galleries, cafés, boat trips and Damien Hirst’s famous Verity sculpture.



Walkers are spoiled for choice, with the South West Coast Path close by and stunning routes such as Baggy Point offering dramatic cliffs and far-reaching sea views. Croyde is another nearby favourite, loved for its surf, village pubs and laid-back atmosphere.



For something different, horse riding stables sit right next to the park, offering memorable rides for all ages. Families may also enjoy nearby Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle, or day trips into Exmoor National Park, where wild ponies, wooded valleys and breathtaking scenery await.

Getting Around:

Due to the remote nature of North Devon, a vehicle is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. A private parking space can be found next to the lodge with additional free parking elsewhere on site.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must comply fully with the park rules which will be sent over after booking.



Noise should be kept to a minimum, with absolute quiet between 11 pm and 8 am.



We welcome up to 2 dogs on the condition they are kept off sofas, off beds and not left in the lodge unattended. They must also be kept on a lead in the park.
