A casa é excelente, com uma boa estrutura, o local de tirar o fôlego, com uma vista privilegiada e esplendida ( não tínhamos nem vontade de sair). Tudo muito limpo e a caseira Marli o que podia nos ajudar ela sempre estava à disposição! A Karina nos atendeu muito bem e sempre muito simpática! Com certeza quero voltar ao local!

Minha família alugou a casa para comemorarmos uma data muito importante, que foi celebrada com uma vista maravilhosa!!! A pequena baía foi um tesouro para mergulhar, pescar e nadar! Ficamos encantados com a casa, e agradecemos pela ajuda e presteza dos caseiros que sempre estavam dispostos a ajudar e fazer as coisas que solicitavamos.. Parabéns pela casa! Toda a família agradece e tenha certeza que retornaremos!

SIMPLESMENTE MARAVILHOSA

A descricao do anuncio eh minima quanto a paisagem e o otimo atendimento que recebemos ao chegar a este paraiso. A casa atende todas as expectativas, o servico da cozinheira eh maravilhoso e cordial, a estrutura eh perfeita, enfim, so tenho elogios para essa maravilha em Ilhabela. Percebe-se o cuidado e o carinho que os donos tem com a casa. Me senti confortavel, bem recebida e maravilhada. Com certeza voltarei mil vezes mais!!! Obrigada!!!

Por do sol maravilhoso em Ilhabela

Aluguei 2 vezes e pretendo repetir a experiência o mais breve possível. A casa além de ampla, iluminada e confortável, tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego para o mar de Ilhabela, e caseiros muito prestativos. Recomendo super!

Decepcionante, não recomendável

Nos hospedamos na casa para o ano novo. A vista é agradável (e o imóvel não muito bem conservado) e só. Na minha opinião, não vale por diversos motivos: 1 - Há um deck que dá para o mar, mas o deck não chega próximo a água! Todo dia era colocada uma escada amarrada para as pessoas conseguirem entrar no mar, um improviso que não serve de maneira alguma para crianças e idosos. Além disso, tínhamos que seguir o horário da escada, que era em geral das 10h as 17h. Fora desse horário, nada de mar. 2 - Para chegar no deck é necessário descer uma ribanceira de uns 30 metros de altura por uma escada completamente irregular. Dado isto, a casa só serve para grupo de jovens (mas a própria dona diz que não aceita grupo de jovens). 3 - O imóvel fica longe de qualquer tipo de serviço básico (mercados, bancos, etc) para fazer qualquer coisa eram no mínimo 2h perdidas. Acredito que valha mais ficar em um imóvel mais perto do centro da ilha. Pelo valor pago dá para conseguir imóveis melhores e mais bem localizados. 4 - Aqui uma questão bastante crítica: a dona do imóvel depositou o cheque caução, sendo que nada da casa foi quebrado, roubado, etc. Aliás, cuidamos da casa muito bem, tomando cuidados do tipo de não sentar molhado em cadeiras e sofás e até fazendo limpeza, mesmo com a presença de caseiros. Ela fez o depósito alegando que havia mais pessoas do que o limite da casa e não quis mais saber de argumentação. O que pensar desta atitude, considerando que o cheque caução é para cobrir avarias no imóvel? Se alguém do grupo que ficou na casa não trabalhasse o dia inteiro e tivesse tempo, provavelmente entraríamos com um processo. 5 - Não bastasse tudo isso, ainda logo no início da nossa estadia, a internet simplesmente parou de funcionar e o aparelho de som também. Ninguém para resolver. Tirem suas próprias conclusões.
