Primeira e última vez neste hotel! Quartos mal elaborados, não havia necessidade de ter degraus, poderia ser tudo nivelado, não é por questão de preguiça, e sim segurança; porque pode haver acidentes com crianças, a limpeza do quarto: “ não existe “ os pisos são grudentos, paredes cheias de dedos de sangue, os lençóis são amarelados dando a sensação de não ser lavados, o café da manhã é simples, sucos artificiais, o omelete parece uma sopa. Também são desorganizados, a previsão de entrada era às 14h, chegamos lá às 13h para nos organizarmos em relação a fazer cadastro e chek-in… quando deu 14h falaram que teríamos que esperar mais 30min porque estavam limpando os quartos e a moça responsável pelas chaves não a encontravam em lugar nenhum, por fim, batemos os pé para liberarem nossos quartos, eles nos deram qualquer quarto que estava vazio, chegando lá não tínhamos lençóis nas camas, não tínhamos toalhas, ou seja, esse tempo todo não estavam limpando os quartos ?! Enfim.. não recomendo.

Quarto com limpeza precária, no momento do check in o quarto não estava pronto, uma bagunça total, desorganização. Fomos em 10 pessoas, onde foi necessário 4 quartos e todos nós tivemos problemas no momento do check in, total desrespeito com o hóspede, experiência horrível

Agradeço pela excelente experiência que tive no Hotel da Ilha. Desde o momento da chegada até o check-out, tudo foi absolutamente perfeito. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, o ambiente muito acolhedor, e cada detalhe demonstrou profissionalismo e cuidado. As acomodações estavam impecáveis, confortáveis e muito bem preparadas, garantindo uma estadia tranquila. As áreas comuns também estavam sempre organizadas e limpas, criando uma atmosfera agradável e relaxante. Agradeço pelo carinho e pela qualidade do serviço prestado. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Café da manhã bem servido, porém nos foi passado que abriria as 7h da manhã, mas só aconteceu as 7:30h. Achei um pouco tarde. Os funcionários foram bem educados e solicitos, porém Achei que tinha poucos funcionários para limpeza e no café da manhã. Deu a impressão que que o hotel não se preparou para a demanda. Ressalto que nada estragou a estadia. Foi satisfatório. Mas a estrutura do hotel é muito boa!

Quarto com bom espaço mas wc apertado sem ducha higiênica, que é uma utilidade barata. Colchões estavam desgastados. Café da manhã bem simples não importando muito a qualidade dos produtos, mas ok. Bom atendimento dos funcionários e o estacionamento é coberto e bem seguro.

Chuveiro é um ponto de melhoria; informamos que o mesmo estava frio e nem foram olhar. Outro ponto de atenção é a limpeza: embora eles passem todos os dias nos quartos, não colocam papel higiênico novo para o hóspede por exemplo. Temos que ir na recepção e pedir.

Fizemoso o check in e nos colocaram um quarto que estava com o chao sujo e a cortjna embolorada depois, fomos para psicina e ja era anoitecer e fomos dar banho nas crianças(3) e para nossa supresa nao timha agua no chuveiro falei como atendente da recepcao e o mesmo disse que iria resolver, ele ligou a bomba da caixa d agua e disse que teriamos de esperar por 20 min para enxer a caixa, as criancas estava molhadas e com frio pedi outro o quarto e o mesmo disse que nao tinha disponivel, levamos as crianças para tomar banho no quarto do meu sogro, ao passar os 20 min nada resolvido e novamente mais um bom tempo ate que o atendente fosse ao nosso quarto, quando entao ele "constatou" o problema e milagrossamentr encontrou outro quarto, onde nem nos ajudou a levar o berco do hotel para o outro quarto, o novo quarto pelo menos estava limpo e o chuveiro funcionava, mas s cortina novamente embolorada e faltando varias peças o que fazia com que o quarto ficasse iluminado a noite. Percebemos que falta uma boa administração e funcionários pois varias vezes notamos que havia somente 1 funcionário no hotel. Sem falar do estacionamento de baixo que tinha diversas aranhas Foi péssima nossa estadia, experiência horrivel
