The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Easy access to the mall for shopping and restaurants. One small improvement would be to include a small refrigerator in each room.

There are no chairs in the room with plenty of room for 1 or 2. The AC only works at full power briefly and must be increased manually throughout the night.

Nice hotel attached the the Mall. Lots of restaurant and near city center. There is kettle inthe room but no coffee and no complimentary bottle water. Also the should personal kit already in the room not waiting for.the quest.to request. Overall good hotel.

THE LOCATION AND THE STAFF ARE SO GOOD ! ONLY THERE WERE SOME SMALL COCKROACHES AND BUGS CRAWLING IN THE FLOOR OF THE TOILET.

We found cockroaches in our room. Notified the staff. Next day they wanted to move us so they could fumigate the room. Had to gather up everything and move. We wound up with a lesser room.
