Staff & Location: The staff were fantastic - attentive and professional. The hotel’s connection to the mall made it incredibly convenient, especially for those looking to shop or dine nearby. Room Cleanliness: Our room was spotless and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay overall. Bathroom Design: However, the bathroom design could be improved. The shower curtain didn’t fully contain the water, causing overflow onto the floor. Additionally, the basin was quite small, making everyday use less convenient.

Stayed for more than a week. Amazing staff. However, very disappointed with the maintenance of the facility. Been here 2yrs ago, big difference. Old towels, clearly needs to be replaced. Aircon refrigerant needs to be recharged. Windows needs regular cleaning. And the pool... needs professional cleaning and please recirculate/filter/vacuum the pool. Even after pointing out to the staff, pool remains gross to swim in. Breakfast food mediocre, breakfast area too cold. Again, amazing staff. Proximity to SM trumps all my complaints. Acceptable if cost is discounted or close to the hotel across.

Amazing stay, as always. My family feels comfortable there, feeling like it’s home since we usually use Park Inn whenever we are in Iloilo. Its very close proximity to the mall is a plus. The rooms are always clean, the breakfast always wonderful, and the staff are friendly and welcoming!
