Staff and check-in/out was EXCELLENT! I would have rated Park Inn 5 Stars were it not for room issues: broken ironing board; room was a bit dim with the lights on; no safety/security latch on the door; no do not disturb sign for the door; no conditioner in the dispenser; shower tile grout has seen better days; and it looks like there is some mold or really dirty grout in the shower. The fridge barely cooled the sodas and water I put in it. The room was quiet and cool. The bed, comforter, pillows, and air conditioning were excellent. GREAT location. Overall, a good stay. I would stay there again and recommend Park Inn to others.

Easy access to mall and restaurants. But it would be nice if the hotel restaurant would also serve a la carte. Since my husband and I don’t eat much specially for breakfast, I don’t include buffet when I booked. Most of the hotels we’ve been have a la carte, I was surprised and disappointed when the hostess told me they didn’t have a la carte just all you can eat buffet.

Front desk must be more accommodating.

The front desk guy was not really for customer satisfaction. My husband and I booked for a regular room with the option of 2single or one king bed, he insisted to put us on 2 single bed in spite of my request for a king bed saying their hotel is fully book. Did not even tell us if we could wait since we arrive early.
