First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!

I would recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Iloilo. Everything about the hotel itself, including the restaurant, was top notch. I would rate my experience there outstanding based on two facts in particular. Not only are the hotel staff very professional, they are friendly. Second, Richmonde Hotel is only two blocks away from the major shopping mall and four blocks away from both the Art Museum and the Brandy Museum. Their entrances are side-by-side.
