Ideally located this first floor unit has wonderful views of the river. Cross the road to enjoy a swim in the bay or a drink at Sedgers Reef Hotel. A short walk will have you enjoying fresh seafood at the Fisherman’s Co-Op, Moriarty’s Beach or the renowned Iluka Rainforest Walk. The main street with local shops and eateries is an easy walk away. The boardwalk passes your front door and is perfect for your morning walks before enjoying a coffee on your private balcony. This first floor two-bedroom unit has wonderful views of the Clarence River from the balcony and loungeroom. The unit is stylishly decorated with an inviting beach theme, is air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi. The unit features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles. Linen and essentials are provided. It features a shower and toilet, a combined lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony complete with BBQ. Please note that there are stairs to access this unit. Pets are NOT allowed in Unit 5.
