A warm welcome. Our vacation apartments are located in Immenstaad / Kippenhausen. This district, only 1 km from Lake Constance, is an insider tip among Lake Constance connoisseurs. It is surrounded by orchards and vineyards. Our house, with its beautiful garden and sunbathing lawn, is located on the outskirts of Kippenhausen. We rent out two modern apartments* for 2 people each. The surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities such as hiking and cycling tours as well as excursions by bus and boat. There is a good restaurant and a wine tavern in the village.

Beautiful studio with 60 square meters for 2 people and sunny balcony, as well as cozy apartment with 45 square meters and large balcony with stunning views of the countryside. Our house, in an idyllic location with a large garden, is 1 km from the lake. Cable TV. Non smoking studio.

This place is like a part of Heaven… Amazing location to have peace inside and outside of your soul. I never imagined that there could be a place on earth where birds sing so loudly and tulips bloom with such joy.

Ruhige Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet, dazu alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Für Personen die Erholung suchen und wenig Trubel mögen optimal. Die Weinberge laden zu Spaziergängen mit Bodenseeblick ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Wer Party/Umtrieb sucht wäre hier allerdings falsch und sollte eher ins Zentrum. Im Ort Kippenhausen selbst gibt es wenig. Zwei Gaststätten (zumindest haben wir zwei gesehen), ein paar Möglichkeiten Obst vor dem Haus zu kaufen. Zum Bodensee sind es gut 1 km zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahhrad/Roller, zum freien Strand (das meiste ist ja privat) etwa 1,5 km. Im Ort Immenstaad gibt's dann auch einen Rewe, Döner/Pizza, Eisdiele,...
