Apartment in a recent residence, approx. 60 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, private terrace and garden. It can host up to 6 guests: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree holiday: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle.
Within the property there is a communal area with children’s playground and barbecue: an added value for those who want to enjoy slow and relaxed moments after the beach.
We are in Imperia, about 4 km from the historic “Borgo del Parasio” and the town centre, and not far from the beautiful golden sandy beaches, ideal for families. Private parking, shared laundry with Washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, communal swimming pool. Pets are not allowed.
A perfect choice for families and couples looking for comfort, privacy and a well-kept environment… without giving up the proximity to the sea.

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neuwertig ausgestattet mit allem was wir benötigten, mit Blick über das Hinterland von Imperia. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Vielen Dank Monica für den netten Kontakt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Berge

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt für zwei Wochen als Familie mit zwei Kindergartenkindern. Die Organisation hat gut funktioniert. Die Ferienwohnung war schön, neu und gepflegt, ebenso wie der Garten und der Pool. Es war schön, dass der Garten eingezäunt war, so konnten die Kinder in Ruhe spielen und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit sehr praktischen Mückennetzen ausgestattet, was sich als sehr hilfreich erwies. Ein kleineres Problem, welches wir hatten, wurde schnell und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Die Küche könnte noch ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung vertragen, aber wir sind so auch gut ausgekommen.

Moderne und gute Unterkunft

Wir 6 Nächte im Juni in diesem Appartement und können es weiterempfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Lediglich das mit der eigenen Bettwäsche ist etwas, dass im Preis enthalten sein sollte. Reinigungsgebühr sollte ebenfalls inkludiert werden. Wahrscheinlich ist es aber in Italien so, dass diese Kosten zusätzlich anfallen. Ansonsten alles top!
