The complex is located above Porto Maurizio on a hill with stunning panoramic views and is surrounded by a spacious park with a centuries-old olive grove – perfect for a relaxing holiday on the Italian Riviera.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a pull-out extra bed – ideal for families or small groups. The fifth bed can be placed either in the double bedroom or in the living room. A furnished balcony or garden area invites you to relax outdoors and perfectly rounds off the holiday experience at the Borgoverde Residence. A shared swimming pool (14x7m, open from June to the beginning of September) is available to guests on the premises. Parking is available, as is a linen package, which is included in the price.
The charming old town of Porto Maurizio, as well as numerous restaurants and shops, are just 800 meters away – or a 5-minute walk away.
