Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Worst stay ever! First the host/hotel sends me the instructions in Italian, I requested English but did not send it. I arrived and place was an absolute dump, no soap, no toilet paper, no garbage bags or garbage bin, bare bone and nothing. The heat wasn’t working and not on. I reached out to the host and did not respond until the next day. I found garbage wrappers under couches and beds. Complete messNo help whatsoever. The most unprofessional people to deal with! Stay away!
