In the resort Imperia Porto Maurizio, 20 km from the centre of San Remo, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the sea. In the house: lift. 10 m long motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 10 m, bar, bakery, café 100 m, pedestrian zone 200 m, bicycle rental 600 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 5 km, sandy beach "Borgo Marina" 300 m pebble beach "Borgo Prino", swimming bay 600 m. Cycle lane 600 m. Nearby attractions: Parasio Altstadthügel von Porto Maurizio, Küstenradweg von Imperia bis Ospedaletti 600 m. Hiking paths: Monte Faudo (1149 m) Mountainbike Trails. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
