The flat, located on the first floor, consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with kitchenette and French sofa bed (140 x 190), bathroom with shower, washing machine (no bidet) and hairdryer, small terrace with sea view equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. The flat is also equipped with: smart TV with Italian channel reception, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, WiFi connection (extra charge), air conditioning, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.

The accommodation is just 100m from the entrance of the cycle path, which connects Imperia with Ospedaletti, which always runs close to the sea and offers a route of over 30km through the most tourist villages of the Riviera dei Fiori, from San Lorenzo al Mare via Riva Ligure and Arma di Taggia to Sanremo: the sea on one side and the hinterland on the other. Truly sensational! Bring your bicycles and take advantage of it (you can also rent them on site at a reasonable price).
