A few kilometers from the first beaches and the center of Imperia is this welcoming part of a semi-detached house with large outdoor areas and a small pool.



From the terrace you have access to a spacious living / dining area with open kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is on the same floor, except for the common laundry room, which is located on the lower floor.



This is an ideal place for families, the right choice for your unforgettable vacation on the Riviera dei Fiori. For those who love cycling or trekking, there are many trails that start in the immediate vicinity. The small town of Cervo with its medieval walls is just a short drive away. For day trips we recommend wonderful destinations on the French Riviera: Menton, Montecarlo and, just before, the beaches of Balzi Rossi with their unspoiled nature and crystal clear waters. The botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi are also within reach of an excursion. Do not miss a boat trip in search of dolphins and whales in their natural habitat and get close to these beautiful sea creatures.

Das Haus ist wirklich einen Aufenthalt wert. Die Ausstattung ist Top, der Blick über die Berge fantastisch und Raul, der Gastgeber, wohnt direkt mit auf dem Gelände und hilft immer gerne weiter.Hinweise: Negativ: Entgegen der dargestellten 2 Hochbetten (mit 4 Schlafplätzen) gibt es nur ein Hochbett (mit 2 Schlafbetten). Entsprechend müssen Person 78 im Wohnzimmer schlafen.Positiv: Obwohl nicht angegeben, gibt es im Haus eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine
