Welcome to a bright and open townhouse nestled in a charming beach city where you wake up along the bay and a mile from the beach. You are a walk away from the Bayshore Bikeway, 10 minutes from Coronado Island and 20 minutes from Downtown San Diego.

The first floor provides you with a spacious 2 car garage. The second floor provides an open concept floor plan with plenty of natural sunlight that allows you to flow from the kitchen to the dining room, living room, and balcony with ease. You can entertain, relax, watch TV and cook while still interacting with each other.

The third floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, walk-in closet and a full bathroom. There are also 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single/twin beds, each with their own closet. Additionally, a blowup twin bed is available for flexibility. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The townhouse is in the Bayside Landing, a family friendly, secure, and relaxing community. There is direct access to the Flamingo Trail, a bike path that connects to the Bayshore Bikeway (Silver Strand), a 24 mile bicycle circuit that goes through Coronado Island.

There is a bus stop in the entrance of the community that takes you through Coronado into downtown San Diego.

Girls' Trip

My 4 daughters and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Imperial Beach. The location was ideal and our needs were comfortably met. Clean and well serviced. Helpful responses as questions arose.
