Our townhouse is a bright and spacious coastal retreat, with all of the amenities, that one might desire for a lovely getaway. Well maintained and recently spruced up, it has a two-car garage for a very convenient parking onsite on the ground floor, a beautiful gourmet spacious kitchen with gas stove, living room with a very comfortable sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, a formal dining room and a small half bath on the main floor. The main floor also has a lovely patio, where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.

On the upper floor we have two spacious bedrooms, each with an in-suite bathroom and well designed closet. There is also a washer and a dryer here.

FULL DISCLOSURE: you do have to climb some stairs, since the townhouse is on three different levels.

You will love the luxurious 100% cotton bedding, brand new comfortable mattresses, plenty of storage space in both bedrooms, a dedicated work station in the master bedroom.
The kitchen has everything, you might need to make a gourmet meal: French press, filter coffee maker, mixer, immersible blender, rice cooker, quality knives, pots and pans, basic condiments, coffee, tea and much more.

You will have no shortage of things to do and see in the close proximity to our property. We are located within walking distance from the beach, two national wildlife refuges, San Diego Bay, at least three breweries, the Imperial Beach pier and a whole host of fun places to eat. There is smaller supermarket across the street - Suncoast Market, where you can buy excellent provisions.

There is also a great bike and pedestrian path basically right out our front door.
Farther afield you will find Coronado (10-15 minutes by car), with it’s beautiful beach, historic Hotel Del Coronado, great places for fine dining, a wonderful local theater (Lamb’s Player Theater) and the most amazing view of downtown SD from the ferry landing.

Downtown San Diego with its Gaslamp district, Seaport Village, Petco park stadium, Embarcadero, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park are all under 30 minutes away by car.

We are very close to the international border with Mexico, Cross-border Express and Tijuana Airport.
