This Imperial Beach (IB) penthouse condo boasts a spectacular southwest view of the beach and famous IB pier. A full kitchen with all the necessities and seating for 6 at the dining table. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and master bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds, and then there is 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. Guests can enjoy amenities like the heated pool, jacuzzi and a fitness room and BBQ. There is AC & heat and a digital electric fireplace. There is a washer / dryer machine in the condo for convenience. There is cable TV and Wifi. The cool and soothing atmosphere of this condo will make your stay peaceful and relaxing. This penthouse condo is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. There are two parking spaces which can accommodate SUV's available in the secure and gated garage with an elevator to the top floor.

It was a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The host was awesome. The room was really clean and had everything you needed. Beautiful, large condo equipped with everything one needs in the kitchen and elsewhere. What a gift to arise to a breathtaking ocean view every morning after a restful sleep. We enjoyed the quiet local culture that provided us with such a vast variety of places to eat. The pool and hot tub were perfect, just steps from the clean beach. Hope to be back one day soon!
