Other things to note

Discover the charm of Historic Kimmswick, where you can explore over many unique shops and eat at restaurants, enjoy a glass of wine at LaChance Winery. Wander through historic sites like The Anheuser Estate, and take a short trip to the nearby Mastodon State Park for more adventures.


Please note:

(1) Two single-family houses (SFH) are situated on a single one-acre lot.
(2) The front house has ample space in the front yard for its use , in addition to the shared common area between the two houses. the half acre backyard has kids swing set, work out and games , that is for guests for both units .
(3) The front house has patio furniture in its front yard and on its back patio .
(4) The garage is not intended for guest use.

Guests will have access to the whole house except the garage .



ATTENTION :

(1) LOCAL BOOKINGS :
We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. All local bookings must be pre-approved by the host. Instant bookings may be canceled if they have not been explicitly approved by the host in advance.

(2) SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $400 refundable security deposit is required for all guests. This deposit will be authorized on your payment method at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of house rules. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning required, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

(1) Any form of smoking or drugs is not allowed within the property. A cleaning fee of 800 dollars will be charged if our device detects smoke smell or our cleaning crew senses it. They are super sensitive and allergic to smoke smells.

(2) Only guests on reservation can check in and stay . Extra guests ( including visiting ) without host's approval are considered violation of house rules .

(3) No more than 4 guest cars can park and stay .
