This hotel provides complimentary shuttle service for airport transfers and is situated in close proximity to the airport. The room is immaculate, spacious, and furnished in a standard Western style. The front desk personnel are courteous, and the bus driver is amicable and considerate. Although I only stayed overnight, I intend to return during my next visit to ICN.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good range of breakfast items (there otherwise seemed few good options in the area). Much care is required with the airport shuttle. The hotel's version only goes to Term 1, which mainly serves local airlines, but not Term 2, which serves Korean Air and international airlines. The hotel provided the times and location of the airport's shuttle on a sheet of paper, but this is not a good option. The hotel is not close to Term 2; after an hour visiting 13 various airport locations, and expecting the Term 2 building in 2 further stops, the shuttle suddenly parked up in the middle of nowhere and I was told that it would not depart for Term 2 for another hour. My very strong advice is to use a taxi if wanting to get to Term 2 from this hotel (I appeared to be the only passenger other than airport staff on the airport shuttle, which should have been a warning, and I guess most people know to avoid it!).

It was right across the street from the Paradise Hotel and so it was easy to access that area for a fraction of the cost of staying at that hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. It is a little dated but still functional. They had luggage storage which helped us as our flight wasn't until 5 pm after check out.
