This hotel does NOT offer airport shuttle; this was not disclosed until AFTER i completed the nonrefundable reservation. They do offer a shuttle FROM the hotel to the airport between 05:00-09:00 am once an hour; an even then, you cannot reserve a spot on the shuttle until you arrive at the hotel, by then most shuttles are full. And even then, the shuttle will drop you off at T1 (15 minutes from hotel), if your flight leaves out of T2 you will need to take another shuttle (airport service) which takes another 20-25 minutes. From the time we boarded the shuttle the hotel at 06:50 am it took us 1 hour and 25 minutes to reach T2, arriving at 08:15am. We should have reserved at another hotel, closer to the airport, and with more reliable shuttle service.

The staff was great. Excellent service. Great that they offer free transportation to the airport. The only problem was that you couldn’t control the thermostat and the room was very hot. Had to open the window to cool the room down and outside was noisy

It was clean and spacious. Close to the train station so an easy walk to the hotel. It was nice walkable area, lots of shopping if you needed anything. So many restaurants in all directions. Had a simple breakfast.

Our flight arrived in the morning so we had to wait for the afternoon checkin time, the staff was very friendly when we arrived and helped us with local questions and allowed us to store our luggage before we headed out to the city. When we returned the room met our expectations and lower level self service dining area that is available 24 hours was clean, convenient and had basic options along with hot water station with coffee, tea and juice. Which made it convenient for that early morning or late night snack.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The staff are very lovely and helpful. It was super easy to book the airport shuttle at check-in for transportation the following day. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and cozy with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The free snack bar for guests was really convenient. I would definitely stay again!
