Staff was very friendly and helpful. They verrified my name and handed me a key as I walked in the door. There was coffee, tea, juice and water available along with some snacks. Room was spacious and clean with a jacuzzi tub and robes. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard for my liking. It was just a short walk to the train
