Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving: • Please place used linens, towels and kitchen towels in a bathroom tub or sink. • Wash, dry and store your dishes .
• Turn all lights off • Close & lock windows • Put blinds down in all the rooms • Return both thermostats to the original setting of 65 (winter months) & 75 (summer months).
• Take trash to the dumpster in the alley or leave it in the building neatly in bags. • Lock all doors (front and back), and, message us once you’ve left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet : 10pm-6:30am in parking and deck areas where others can hear your conversations/music/laughter. Please keep noise inside and at low volume.
