Features open great room with stone fireplace, kitchen with center island and bar, separate dining area, two large new decks, bonus room, indoor sauna, and entry mudroom with level entry. Located in serene Tyrolian Village near Diamond Peak Ski Resort and National Forest hiking and biking trails. Half of a freestanding duplex in a private location that backs to a forested greenbelt, with fabulous ski and mountain views.

As you walk into the home, you will be immediately drawn to the large windows and sliding glass doors that lead to the back deck with enchanting views of Diamond Peak Ski Resort and the Tahoe National Forest. Enjoy your morning coffee as you take it all in and escape from your everyday life. The living room includes comfortable seating for 5, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The dining area includes a window bench seating around the dining room table and sit next to the large windows to continue to enjoy the amazing views this home has to offer. Adjacent to the dining room you will find the kitchen that is fully stocked with brand-new stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and ready for the chef in the group!

Downstairs, along with the bedrooms, you will find the brand new, top-of-the-line hot tub to be enjoyed with more views of the Sierra Mountain range!
