Please LOCK UP when you leave and make sure all doors (including gym) are closed. Deck umbrellas closed.
Trash (and recyclables) are packed in black TRASH bags and IN BEAR BOX (i.e. no loose garbage in the bear box as they will not take it). Thx!
Please ADJUST THERMOSTATS back In winter to ECO, and Summer to OFF, and TURN OFF FLOOR HEATERS.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
