Stunning Incline Home on Cinnabar Creek (IVH0869)
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Incline Village, this residence offers a Creekside retreat. Perfect for wintertime ski weekends, or relaxing summer days. The ranch-style home is all on one level with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed and built-in window seat to take in the sun and snuggle with a book. The primary bath has been updated. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third room is a bunk room with a twin- and full-size bed perfect for the entire family.
The kitchen/dining opens to the back deck with a BBQ and overlooks the grassy area below. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen has many upgrades including granite countertops, a commercial-grade Thermador cooktop, and ample cabinet space. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace with exposed red brick and a sliding door that opens to an expansive back deck, overlooking a peaceful creek, surrounded by trees. The driveway can easily park two cars in addition to the 2-car garage.
