When we got in the first room it was nice until my mom went into the bathroom. She opened the lid on the toilet and it was full of poop. We complained and they put us in another room. The toilet in that room didn't flush but we stayed anyway because it was late. It seems like the bathrooms should be cleaned or at least checked before putting new people in the rooms. The manager did give us a refund because we didn't stay the second night. The bedrooms were clean and the staff was accommodating.

Parking was great, a few staff members were courteous and accommodating, but the morning staff members were sleeping. No breakfast on our first day, except toast, bagels and the waffle machine. The next day, the SAME napkin I put down to stop the waffle drip was still there. The mix seemed like the one from the day before because of hiw many air bubbles it had and the thickness. There WERE eggs and sausage the 2nd day, BUT since we saw a roach in the hallway and also found a younger roach in our room, I was too afraid to eat anything, but the waffles and packaged yogurt.

Pool and hot tub was closed. Lights burnt out in room. No hot water. Bed was uncomfortable. No trash bags in trash cans. Jetted tub had cold water and had pubic hair in it. Toilet didnt want to flush. Television would not work.

Lots of noise during the night.. sounded like a pump or something. Shower Curtain stained with something. Can hear the people upstairs walking and talking.1 of 2 hot tubs were working, water a little cool. Pool drained on second day, never got to use it. Went down for breakfast at 830, it was from 630 to 9… and there was nothing. No eggs, no waffle mix, no sausage.. and no personnel around. After 2nd night, breakfast was available but cold. We have stayed there previously and been satisfied.

It appeared that our room was just remodeled. New everything. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. The room was very clean. Halls were just painted also, & it looked like the hall carpets were getting a cleaning. The only negative was that the TV was a bit wonky. We found the guide, but don't know how. To lower the volume, we discovered that the button on the TV needed to be used, & channels were quite a problem to maneuver. However, clean is most important to us, & the housekeeping staff does a great job!

The ice machine was broken; the toilet was stopped up; the remote on the television didn't work; the room would not get to a comfortable temperature (too warm) and they charge a $30 pet fee that wasn't advertised. The Wi-Fi was fine.
