Welcome to your serene pond oasis, a stylish 1BR/1BA retreat that blends modern design with beachy vibes. Enjoy a king bed, cozy well-lit space, and a charming patio with pond views. Just ½ mile to the beach, it's an ideal coastal escape.

Indulge in exclusive access to a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, and gym, ensuring a memorable stay. The stocked kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar, oil) lets you create delightful meals while embracing the beach spirit. Experience bliss at this enchanting haven!

Note: The unit has no washer/dryer. However, there is complex laundromat just South of the building.

Kick back and enjoy the "Salt Life" in this centrally-located beach-themed spacious one bedroom one bath condo just half a mile from the beach. You may use all the facilities including the equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee/tea. The condo layout is featured towards the end of the listing pictures.

Full access to the heated community pool, jacuzzi, and gym using the fob (touchless gate key) provided in the unit. There is no washer/dryer in unit but you can access the condo laundromat in the clubhouse with the fob in the unit (on a hook above the kitchen counter).

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use.

Neighborhood:
This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.

We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be within walking distance of Eau Gallie Beach. A gym and a hot tub are available. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and a balcony/patio.
