Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo faces a tranquil pond and is just half a mile from the beach.
Open concept living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Master has a King bed and second bedroom has a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Enjoy the peaceful setting on the patio. The community has a pool, hot tub, small gym and laundromat.
Take a short morning walk to the beach or explore nearby restaurants, bars, and shops.
Perfect for a family vacation or a couples' getaway!

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the condo anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The condo is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. You will have access to the community pool, jacuzzi and gym from sunup to sundown with the FOB hanging by the entry door. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

This community is located on Eau Gallie Blvd in Indialantic Florida, nestled between the town of Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.
You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance.
Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-watering delicious.

Easy access to Melbourne and the beach

Very nice property with lots of details in the decor, comfortable and functional furniture. Nice view of the pond from the living area or on the patio. 4 lawn chairs, beach umbrella, a small cooler, etc available for use in the closets. Would stay here again.

Great location for Easter sunrise service

We only stayed 1 night but it was very clean and had a nice pool area, etc. we walked to the beach for Easter sunrise service which only took 5 minutes to walk there.

Comfortable, peaceful, with a nice pond view

It was a nice little condo, very close to the beach, and was a great place to rest and recover from a long day of travel and activities. The beaches nearby are awesome, which was a huge bonus. Overall a great experience and would happily stay there again!
