Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units are direct ocean front. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf corner unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the third floor. Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the primary bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. The primary bedroom has a King size bed, guest bedroom has two twin beds. Linens and towels are provided. All televisions are either smart TVs or equipped with Roku streaming devices. All TVs include the Spectrum and Xumo apps for live television. Please remember to bring or know your streaming service passwords, as you will need them to log in and access your favorite apps during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.


We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and American Airlines.

I highly recommend Indian Harbour Beach Condo. The condo was very clean and roomy. The location is great, especially to the beach area which was not busy at all. We also got to see a sea turtle out in the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was so clean! Easy access to the beach. We couldn’t believe how many shells we found each day. Bed was comfy! The couch is not a pullout but was fine to sleep on.

Indian Harbour Beach club provided nearly everything that was needed, from beach towels and beach chairs, and even beach toys for the little ones! The location is right on the beach with a really nice pool overlooking the ocean. Will stay here again!

Great location and condo

The property was great, they had everything we needed. Check-out process was a little confusing. I had no idea what to do with our dirty towels because it wasn't listed anywhere, but everything else was easy to follow. The master bed is extremely firm, but they have mattress toppers for it if that's an issue for you.

Perfect Location & Very Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. Very quiet, clean & roomy with lots of immenities including comfortable beds, newer & clean W/D & other appliances, beach chairs, lovely heated pool, etc. We had a wonderful seafood dinner at the Red Crab, a great visit to the Coastline Comm Church, swam & walked the beach, swam & tanned at the clean & heated pool. I am sure we will return to this condo.

Superb Seaside Condo

One of the best locations we have ever stayed. Layout of the condo is nice. Its a 3rd floor unit at the end of the building which means you only have neighbors on one side. Easy access with stairs if you want to skip the elevator. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need including a Keurig or regular coffee pot. The pool and the ocean are your view! Gorgeous sunrises! Beach is literally a few steps from your door.

Really enjoyed our stay in Melbourne. Cindy the property manager was very nice. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Love, Love the Keurig! Could lay in bed drinking my morning joe, listened to the waves and watch the sunrise. Truly a relaxing stay! Will be back for sure. Thank you!

Wonderful Fall Break

My family very much enjoyed this property!! The condo was spotless and well stocked with everything that we needed. We basically had the pool and beach to ourselves. Definitely a secluded place. The condo is very close to a Walmart and Winn Dixie. Several restaurants were also close (my crew loved the Scrambled Egg Cafe). One word of caution that I would recommend is to watch the submerged rock shelf when entering the ocean right in front of the condo. We left with a few bruised toes. But overall this was a great trip with my little family!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and so comfortable. It was our first time in Indian Harbour Beach and it will not be our last. The condo was well taken care of and beautifully decorated. The pool are was great and the best part was the large balcony looking out to the ocean. We loved every second. Thank you!!

Can’t say enough good things!

My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience during our first vacation at Indian Harbour Beach! This condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the short walk out to the pool/beach, sitting under the two provided beach umbrellas, cooking dinner in the great big kitchen, and stargazing on the balcony each night. It was a perfect week and we would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

A much needed week of relaxation

We loved our visit! Walks on the beach every day, pool time, beach time, a visit to the Space Center and many great meals every night overlooking beautiful sunsets! Escape from hustle bustle of city

This is a phenomenal property I found it to be super clean and fully stocked with everything from linens to cookware to even Tylenol!! Staff was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I will most definitely stay here again.
