This is the perfect place to relax and listen to the sounds of the Sturgeon River or to take advantage of all of the area’s activities, including kayaking, tubing, rafting, ATV riding or fishing on the Sturgeon.

A public boat launch on Indian River is only about a mile away.

The property has 1 security camera. It is placed above the main entry door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.

Failure to follow or any attempt to break the rules listed above is cause for eviction without refund.
