Enjoy your desert retreat in this renovated, upstairs second-story condo in the Mountain Cove community with 1 studio plus 1 open loft, and 1 bathroom. The gated community offers 2 year-round heated pools and EV chargers! You’ll have a private balcony with stunning mountain views out of the sliding glass doors, a fully stocked kitchen, and a desk for working remote.

You will be located within a short drive to restaurants, IW Tennis Gardens, parks, Pickle Ball courts, golf courses, hiking trails, festivals, and shopping!

The full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator and freezer. Please note: the fridge/freezer do not make water or ice.

The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.

The living room has a smart TV with streaming services for you to sign in to apps and enjoy a movie or your favorite shows. The living room has a comfortable couch to lounge and relax.

The condo offers a washer and dryer in the unit (please bring detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay). Permit number: STRU-001572-2024

Indian Wells loft

Loved the feeling of the vaulted ceilings in the loft. All the amenities we needed were available, including the onsite washer/dryer. Communications with the property manager were timely, with great follow-up. Thanks!

All good except no guide book for how things work (like the listing said)... and the loft bed was pretty uncomfortable. Nice neighborhood and gorgeous view.
