Beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished, warm and comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2.5 ba (all en suite bedrooms), fully stocked, very private condo with an inviting atrium when you want to enjoy dining alfresco. The master retreat has a cal king bed, ample closet space, large master bathroom with double vanity. The second, is a jr. master bedroom in Marylin Monroe themed decor (I bet you didn't know she was she was discovered right here in our desert) in pinks and grays and has a standard king size bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with twin trundle beds and powder room. The living room sofa has a queen size pull out for additional guests.
This lushly landscaped community offers a nine hole pitch & putt, tennis, pickle ball, shuffle board, swimming and spa just out your back door and views, views and more views are just a few wonderful experiences that await you here in our quaint, quiet community and even more golf, tennis, hiking, street fairs and music festivals throughout the Coachella Valley year round.
Whether you stay a month, a year or more because you'll never want to leave the desert life, the Coachella valley affords unlimited options from shopping on El Paseo (the deserts own Rodeo Drive), fine to casual dining, dinner shows like, The Rat Pack is just up the road at "Franks Place" right here in Indian Wells and fun comedy shows downtown beautiful Palm Springs with even more nightlife options, including casinos! Available for LONG TERM lease at the rate of $2800 per month, renter pays ALL utilities (electric runs about $15-$20 with solar), cable/internet. Owner pays HOA and pest control.
