Located in downtown Westfield steps from restaurants, shops, and Grand Junction Plaza, and just 5–7 minutes to Grand Park. The space:
Welcome to a one-of-a-kind, sports-themed retreat in Westfield, thoughtfully designed for families, teams, and sports fans who want both comfort and character.

Each bedroom celebrates Indianapolis sports history and legends, with immersive themes inspired by local favorites—including a Colts bedroom, Pacers bedroom, Indy Eleven bedroom, and a dedicated hockey bedroom. Every space ties back to the city’s deep sports roots, making the home feel fun, intentional, and uniquely Indy.

Perfect for teams and active families, the home features an enhanced laundry and gear room complete with locker-style storage designed for airing out uniforms and equipment—a rare and incredibly practical amenity after long tournament days. For a little friendly competition, enjoy the Pop-A-Shot basketball game, a hit with both kids and adults.

As for the bedroom layout, 3 bedrooms are upstairs in the second floor (Colts Room, Pacers Room and Indy Eleven Room). The Hockey bedroom is on the first floor and there is one step to get down to this side of the house. 2 full bathrooms are upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms are on the first floor.
