Corporate needs to spend some money

Honestly corporate needs to come pay a visit and force them to spend some money.... This will be our last time staying here. Some expenditures need to happen at the hotel to bring it up to bar.... This is how hotels go downhill. I'm not impressed and I'm not impressed with the overall corporation anymore

The photos are not what they seem! The building is falling apart and honestly should be condemned. —Mattress, wall and carpeting was stained — Moldy bed frames — Water damage all along the bathroom and baseboards —We literally had to shoulder our door in order to get INTO the room — The smell of cigarette and mildew was PREVALENT — Really sus activity outside in the parking lot — No drop down shade and holes in the curtains to cover the windows — FLIES! Do not stay here.

The room was ok, clean, but the bathroom had stains and the room had a mold smell to it. The batteries in the remote were dead. The breakfast was “ok” but the waffles were very spongy, I couldn’t finish them.

At check in a $100 deposit was required that wasn't listed anywhere on the website. The hotel, in general, needs a lot of TLC. The exterior paint is peeling badly. Our room had a strange smell. The breakfast choices were sadly lacking. The juice machine didn't work. While not a 5 star hotel, I was expecting more from a hotel that's in the Wyndham family.

Dirty, run-down, safety issues-would not recommend

Hotel was dirty and very run-down, esp. in common areas. Discovered room didn’t lock so asked to move rooms; told sold out and to just ‘put the do not disturb sign out and our technician will look into it while you are away’. Not acceptable. I’m not going to leave my valuables in an unlocked hotel room while I’m away all day and hope it’s all there when I return. In addition, the door opened without the key even when locked from inside. Such an unsafe situation. Would not recommend this hotel.
