The Staff was exceptional, the breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable, I'd stay again and recommend for others If I HAD to come up with an area of improvement, all I can actually think of is that the fixtures/lighting/outlets/electrical devices could be more modern... Staff was wonderful; however, the facility itself was poor. Shower did not work- I stood there wetting a washcloth with the water coming out of the spigot. Outside was homeless people homes ( sleeping bags) in the parking lot. Room had the “smell” that comes from age and deterioration. The staff was kind and helpful, so this in no way reflects on them. But it was just kind of cringe.
