I would never book this hotel agin. The WiFi is so bad, you can’t stream your tv shows. Definitely can’t video chat on your laptop. There is no hot water ever for showers. It’s always two minute long cold showers. I stayed 3 nights and they couldn’t figure out how to make my key card work for more than one day. I had to go back to the desk everyday so they could reprogram my key card. On my last night at 3am I could hear a drunk guy being loud in the hallway. I could hear him trying to tap his key card on my door, after several tries he opened my door. My deadbolt was latched but he was banging through the door with his shoulder and was able to open my door. I was pretty scared. I jumped out of bed and stood in front of him and he said to me,”How did my card open your door.” He realized he was in the wrong room so he walked away. That should not have happened. You shouldn’t be able to open someone else’s door.

The hotel was close to the airport and not far from a shopping center. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not like that the hot water did not get hot and that the bar was not open.

Nice property, nice area, just Southwest of the airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The only problem was no hot water.

The property itself was clean but had a noticeable smell of sewage throughout the entire building. There was a public hair stuck to the side of the bathtub so I questioned how clean it was. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet during the night. Disappointed the hot tub was covered over and the sauna didn’t work but the kids enjoyed the pool!

Everyone was welcoming and the room was great only suggestion is that to put an air freshener in the bathrooms so it could smell fresh because I had to spray some air freshener so it could smell good.
