The room and hotel were very clean and tidy. As I arrived early and requested an early check-in, the only available room was a handicapped room. This made showering a bathroom "flooding" affair, and the king bed had only 4 throw pillows instead of 4 king-size pillows. I called the front desk to be connected to my room and there was no way to transfer the call. Someone had to go to the room and ask my husband to call me. Very inconvenient and not efficient at all. We got two wash cloths and two towels. Nothing to wash our face with.

Our truck window was smashed out overnight and the radio/control screen was ripped out. We let the front staff know. They said their security cameras were not pointing at the right angle to capture it. We had booked several nights in a row, so we parked in the EV charging spot the next night and let the front staff know we were taking up that spot so it was close to the door. That front desk person said the security cameras didn't work. We are repeat customers to this location bc we found it clean, convenient, and newer last time we stayed. We won't be staying there again due to safety.
