Hotel was clean, some stains on hallway carpet. There was a strong smell of pot that came in our room from a nearby room which was unfortunate. Our beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Hotel is close to everything we needed.

Upon arrival, we noticed a very distinct smell of mold and mildew. Aside of the carpet, the inside of the lobby seemed to be updated and clean, so we proceeded with our check-in. On our way to our room, there were dehimidifiers in the hallways and the smell continued to get worse. Once in our room, the smell was overwhelming, the carpet was stained, we had water puddled in our bathroom and the windows were full of condensation. The front desk let us know that a water pipe had busted 2 days before and there was nothing they could do about it. Mold takes 24 hours to set in. Our stay there quickly became a problem. We needed to get a different hotel for our stay in Indianapolis. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We request a full refund with additional monies for the inconvenience of having to find a different place to stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was in a convenient snd accessible area. We were there for a basketball tournament. All of the parents were satisfied woth the hotel choice.

This is my go to for indianapolis coming in from Chicago as it it right off the highway and very clean, with a pretty decent hot breakfast. A gas station/convenience store is right nearby as well to get that cheap Indy gas compared to Chicago too!
