The place was NOT clean. I used a towel after showering and it had another person’s hair on it, in fact 2/3 of the provided towels did which is disgusting. Furthermore, you can hear the TV from the lobby and any front desk interactions clearly in the morning. The water was also not hot when I showered one of the nights. There are many more hotels in the area that are better for the same price.

Medical Stay, shortened.

The hotel was fine.We were there for a Medical Procedure which couldn't be done as planned. So, we checked out a day early. My wife was supposed to have been in the hospital till Thursday or Friday, but they released her Monday afternoon. She rested up till Wednesday and we checked out a day early. We would like a refund for the one day.

Could have been waaaay better

The tv didn’t work in my room. They wanted to simply switch rooms. No problem. Asked for a king rather than a double, but they wouldn’t accommodate me. The price of the room was the exact same so it wasn’t price. I agreed to switch. Teller treats me like I’m going to steal a room and would not give me the key to both so I could make 1 trip back to the old room and place my things in the new room before returning the key to the old room. I had to go back and forth just to move my things. To top it off, on the “final” walk to my room the key did not work. I had to go back to the desk again.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is dog-friendly. The room was cleaned. I felt safe and the area was quiet. The hot breakfast was eggs, sausage, hash browns was good. No complaints. I will likely stay there again.

Checkin was at 3. They were not prepared for check in at all. The lady checking me in said I had to wait and to step aside she will call me when my room is ready. 30 minutes goes by and they call me up there to tell me my room was not ready and still had to wait. The GM shows up and says he is checking everyone who is in line. I asked what about the people who were told to stand aside and wait? He said if you did not get check in back of the line.. so I had to wait another 30 minutes in the back of the line because they were unprepared. Honestly the worse experience I had at a check in. Poor communication and really bad management.
