Welcome! Our ultra-stylish 2 brand new home combo (on the same lot), each offer 4 & 5 bedrooms - we sleep up to 35 guests! Both homes were built by the famous Two Chicks and a Hammer and aired on the Good Bones HGTV show. Take advantage of two fully stocked kitchens and cook up a crowd-pleaser, or chill in the spacious living areas and tune into the big game, then head to your bedroom for a great night's sleep in our comfortable beds complete with high thread count linens - you'll need the extra sleep for a full day of fun ahead. Rise and shine with Keurig coffee, then it's off to the races (quite literally) - our homes are conveniently located within a mile or two of Indy's hot spots, and just minutes away from countless attractions and restaurants. ** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check in for your stay!
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Pets are allowed for a $150 fee plus $50 for each additional pet., please keep leashed in common areas.
-For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
-As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.

— IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to all house rules.

- Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
