• The maximum occupancy is 12 guests, no additional visitors are permitted.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property.
• We welcome one well-behaved pet with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after at all times.


Owner has a storage closet in the half bath downstairs. Access to this closet is not permitted.

The front door is a self check-in smart lock. The door to the garage rec room is a hard key made available to you inside.

Please note that our hot tub is serviced weekly on Mondays.

This home has tons of potential, but really needs to some tic. Drains in the shower/sinks drain slowly, outlets in the upstairs bedrooms weren’t working until we reset the breakers and the cleaners did a horrible job turning over the unit i.e. dust in the vents, gum on the window seals, trash on the floor and dirty rugs throughout the property.
