The pool was green. We were afraid to swim. We couldn't get a hot shower at night or in the morning. The bed was very uncomfortable and it seemed dirty. Stains on the comforter.

PROS: Bed and sheets were comfortable and clean. The staff I spoke with were very nice. CONS: The building is in quite bad shape. Water damage, ceiling tiles missing, broken elevator (as issue which seems to go back some months, based on other reviews). When I opened the door to our room (10pm, ready to hit the sack) there were 5 big black flies in the room, some of them over one of the beds. Yuck. Even though there was a free breakfast, we chose to eat elsewhere given the state of the facility.

Holes in the wall ceiling tiles missing pool was dirty, hot.Tub is closed down only one exercise piece of equipment works.They do not vacuum all the hallways had tons of dirt and debris on them.The elevator was broke, and she said they ran out of food for breakfast

This is an old broken hotel. The elevator was out our whole trip. I had recently had knee surgery but was told rudely that I can only have the third floor (top floor). The air conditioner was old and either froze you or wouldn’t kick on. The beds were hard and lumpy. The shower was odd and the tub didn’t plug for baths. There was an old smell that made my nose run the whole time. We ended up leaving before our second night was over. No one cared if we weren’t happy. Avoid this hotel!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were always available. The room we stayed in had the smoke alarm hanging off the wall. The hotel did not replenish any of the items automatically or clean our room even when we requested them to. We stayed 3 nights and needed to ask for more towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper... The elevator broke while we were there. I stepped on an open pocket knife (luckily had shoes on) that the worker left in the middle of the carpet on my way to the pool. Good things: the breakfast, the pool was open, and it was quiet at night. The heat and AC worked. The room was nice.
