Spider webs on the wall light. Toilet running every 4.5 -5 minutes. Tub spout was extremely loose. Top of the window jamb was missing due to water damage. Over sprayed paint on the door jamb. Rusty hinges and latch on the door. Toilet shut off was bent and rusty. Room clock had the wrong time. TV show schedule was not lining up with the correct time. Elevator smelled horrible the entire weekend. Finally, our room key was turned off for our third night so I had to go back down to the front desk and get it reactivated.

We were given a room with a shower only, no tub. The room was not as clean as expected, as we had previously stayed at this hotel before, and were pleased. Not as pleased this time.

The property listed a pool but it was closed for repairs. They led us to believe it may be open the 2nd day but there was no evidence that anyone was tryin to get it fixed.

Willie at the front desk was great!! He tried everything he could to get us set up and let us utilize the dining room at night when we ordered some pizza and brought us out a trash can. Unfortunately my door lock didn’t work properly and no one could fix it until the day after I checked in which left us feeling vulnerable for the evening and required a front desk person to escort us to our room to unlock it if we wanted to go anywhere. Room was not the cleanest. There were hair clumps in the bathroom when I got there. There was a smell of cigarettes in the elevator. And the parking lot is on very poor condition. Pool was shut down both nights when we were there due to a part needing to be ordered for circulation. It happens but unfortunate when you book to make sure there’s a pool to utilize.

I've stayed at this property a few times already and each time, its gotten progressively worse. Upon checking in, we're greeted with a sign that alerts guests that they have no regular house cleaning staff, and that problems are fixed on an on-call type basis. There is a very funky smell going on in the elevator. The rooms were decent, but you could tell that they lacked a "clean" feel to them. Almost as if the hotel rotates clean rooms to guests checking in, and then they call the house cleaning staff to clean the dirty rooms at one time, once a week. Bedding inspection under UV light showed a ton of bodily fluid stains in the sheets, including a gigantic pee stain on the underside of one of the beds in my room. The sheet appeared to be turned over, in order to save on cleaning services and time, and was not changed out appropriately. Needless to say, i did not sleep in that bed. One of the rooms i paid for had a clogged toilet upon checking in. This is absolutely disgusting. The beds were hard as a stone. I only got 3 hrs of sleep. The tv remote had markings on the buttons completely warn off in places. I dont think i will ever return to this location! There's a Holiday Inn around the corner. I'd look into that one and pay a little more for a comfortable stay. The internet there is probable a lot higher than 1mbps too.

This hotel is in a good location off 31 between downtown Indy and Carmel. It is reasonably priced and clean. The building is obviously older and could use some updates, but we had no problems with our room.

The staff was great . The condition of the room and building needed care for greatly . I could hear the people next door . Water damage above the windows and in the bathroom . Corporate really needs to do a better job on the up keep . Again the staff was great .

Old and dirty! The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the person at the front desk said that there was nobody for maintenance! We could not even take a shower because the didn't put shampoo in the room. We went to a soccer tournament and they were even having problems with us hanging in the lobby together. Horrible overall experience. Breakfast was not edible! They brought the eggs in a plastic bag, and the Coffee and orange juice were horrible. I couldn’t find myself trying to eat there.
