The staff wa good , nice people, the hotel is under construction, thus should close the entire hotel until they remodel all the rooms , my room was terrible, the smell was bad , two big stains on the carpet, looked like oil stains , one of the wall was terrible, stains in the furniture, never again , good luck people.

Clean and comfortable. But working asked for for an expensive hotel near the airport. Ask if they have a shuttle service. While, it was not offered online so I took an Lyft to get to the property, when I left I discovered they did have a shuttle and I was able to use that for a trip back to the airport.

We had an early flight out of Indianapolis, and opted to arrive a day early and get some rest. There was loud. construction going on in the room above us until after 9:00 P. M. We could not even hear the television without turning it up very loud.

We were charged an extra fee to check in, plus they charged us for a shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. Also the driver to the airport was not so good, he tailgated the whole way and was unsafe.

Entered the second floor off elevator smelled musty. Bathroom has mold in the shower corners. Had a fake eyelash hanging on bathroom door hinge. Had peeling paint and flakes hanging from ceiling. Patchwork wallpaper was peeling off. This hotel needs a makeover.

The stay was magical. Like spooning a unicorn on a cheesecake smothered in strawberry whipped cream while enjoying the musical stylings of Herbie Hancock. In a word, chaos.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue was the shower. The curtain would not stay closed and the shower head had jets pointing out. Got the floor wet, other than that, a good place to stay for the price.

I felt tricked by name 'Comfort Suites" I thought it was Comfort INN and Suites - my bad but still I think they did it on purpose - Had to pay for Airportshuttle - again word games which I missed Airport Shuttle "Available" which meant you will pay
