Room was clean. Staff was good I stayed 4 days an never got trash taken out or towels I had to leave and be at work at 5:30-6:00 and never was able to get coffee. In the grand scheme it was a good stay and I liked the hotel. Just a couple of inconvenient things

The hot was clean and the staff was super friendly, but there were just too many people at the hotel this weekend. A sold out hotel is one thing, but a sold out hotel that can’t keep up is another. They tried, and I appreciate that, but it was still sort of a mess. So for that, I had to do a 4. If it wasn’t so busy, it would have been a great experience.
