My wife and I travel frequently. I chose the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis West because of the location. The level of customer care we received while staying at the hotel was OUTSTANDING. We were dealing with an incredibly challenging situation. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. “Tee Jay” is the General Manager of the hotel. She was compassionate and the most caring person I have met in the travel industry. This is the hotel you should choose when staying in Indianapolis.
