This house was beautiful and close enough to Lucas Oil Arena to walk. We had issues with the heat (it was 47 degrees in the house when we arrived), but Jay sent someone over to fix it quickly, which was great. It continued that the upstairs was hot, while the downstairs hovered in the low 60s. The water heater was not working, leading to cold showers in the AM. The listing said hairdryers were provided in 2 bathrooms, but alas, there were none. Also, if you rent this house, take bottled water; the water is sulfurous. The King bed is very comfortable, but the upstairs queen bed is VERY firm, and the top bunk of the bunk beds wobbles precariously with any movement.

Indianapolis 500

Newly renovated home in a not so safe location. The AC unit was chained to the ground. Clean home, however a major issue with the water. Had a heavy sulfur smell. Gagged when turning on any faucets. Couldn’t shower, brush teeth. We had to buy bottled water for brushing. Definitely should not rent again until that is addressed. Also, the half bath sink was clogged.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2025
