The pool nor the hot tub were working. The Hotel accepts animals and they were everywhere while I was about to check in. I had a very difficult time understanding the men’s English while trying to check in.It had the stong Indian smell too. I DID NOT STAY HERE. I canceled my Expedia check in.

We were there for two days called and said poil was working got there and it did not work granddaughters very unhappy. Never came and cleaned our room, no sheets changed, no cleaned towels, asked for extra towels and pillow cases, got 1 pillow case for 6 pillows and 2 towels for 5 people. Also asked for a later check out and they said dont due that have to be out by 12. Also granddaughter dropped a toy and picked it up and found a empty pill bottle by end of bed which shows those rooms are not getting throughly cleaned. Very bad experience

I was very disappointed by the room; not all the lights worked, the water sprayed out in fits and it wasn't very clean. Lots of little things; the big mirror was crooked, artwork was missing (there was a nail and empty space), paint chips, stained towels and there was a rack on the wall that had clearly been pulled off and hastily stuck back up. The bed was clean - I checked it carefully. The staff were friendly on check-in & out. Breakfast was way below the bar; just dry cereal, small muffins and coffee. There was a pancake maker but I didn't trust it. This is in a fine area; next door to Costco and several restaurants within walking distance. The back door was propped open with a rug, I felt unsafe about that. Fixed a couple times, but it was open again. The pool was closed "for maintenance", didn't even see laundry facilities so not sure about that part.

The hotel had roaches and other rodents in hotel we did not stay at all checked in for an hr and left immediately definitely requesting for refund

The pictures for this hotel are not updated the building is lacking any update to anything. This is a motel six with a different name. We called multiple times to verify the pool was open when we get there the pool was closed fir maintenance asked why and they stated the pumps all need replaced. The room smelled of a funk i cant explain. I will say the bed looked clean. Everything was clean but plaster is coming off the walls and floors are stained to high heaven. This wasnt the cheapest option but it felt like it when i checked in. We picked up and moved to a different hotel. I would recommend the laquinta right next door. Warning the pictures for this place are from atleast ten years ago. Does not match current look.
