We arrived late evening and no one there to check us in since it was past 9pm. We had to call a number twice before she arrived. When personnel arrived to check us in she seemed to have an attitude about being disturbed. Following morning we decided to cancel 2nd night stay and we were met at our door with banging asking when did we plan to leave. This is all before check out time.

Road is very bad condition in front of the hotel, and the it is tiny front desk in the hotel without any help in terms of hairdryer , drink water, forks , the answer is very universal: NO, WE don’t have anything you need . The worst hotel I have lived. Won’t recommend to anyone !

I was arriving “after hours” due to a late flight. I messaged the property of that fact. They replied that I should dial 0 on the phone in the vestibule and staff would be “right down to allow entry” as the door would be locked with no one at the desk after 9pm. I did that several times. After no response, I was forced to abandon my prepaid room and drive 90 min home at 2 am after 26 hours of travel. No response from property. Ever.
