As always, the staff was pleasant and efficient and the room was nice. I was concerned though, about the state of the parking lot and sidewalks. My husband and I are getting on in years and he is disabled. The parking lot and sidewalks were very icy and I was quite fearful of falling.

It was so loud. You could hear everything in the hallway on the tile floors. The luggage cart constantly going by at the crack of dawn sounded like a freight train. The stairs were next to my bed and it sounded like people breaking down the wall. The cleaning staff was very nice but not so much the front desk. It was run down but i expected that with the price.

Got a 2 queen bed room. Pretty sure it they were fulls not queen and spring mattress. I didnt think spring mattresses were still around. Didnt sleep well and woke up pretty stiff. Pretty clean hotel over but at over 100$ a night i would have expected a better bed.

The room was loud all night from the highway traffic, it sounded likethe window was open. Need sound proofed or better windows that close to highway. Did not sleep much. It's 2 story but no elevator.
