All of the Dirty, Unsafe, and Noisy comments pertain ONLY to the outside area. I had quiet and peace while in my room. I did use the washer and dryer laundry for facilities. They worked as they should and it was about three dollars to wash and dry 1 load. There are definitely worse hotels to stay in for the same comparable price in the area I was traveling as a single woman and felt comfortable with the Embassy suites. Tried two other hotels, the comfort Inn and the days Inn by Wyndham neither of them were as comfortable or clean as the Embassy Suites.

Everything about out stay was awful. They couldn’t find our reservation when we got there and blamed it on Orbitz even though I provided an accurate receipt. I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone and Orbitz had to call the hotel directly to get everything sorted out for us. Rude and inexperienced staff members. Dirty rooms and hotel spaces. The breakfast buffet was gross and not fresh. My kids were so excited to use the pool and it was closed down. Very slow elevators. I’m honestly so glad we only booked this hotel for one night because it was a terrible experience.

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas as we entered and the staff were welcoming and professional. Best Hilton stay we have had in a while! Property was clean and tidy- all staff were very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was spectacular! It was well managed and replenished as well as the dining room was kept clean and there was always a clean table for new guests to sit at throughout the duration. The pool was clean and upkept well.

The hotel was huge! We walked in thinking we had hit the jackpot! We had gotten a great deal through hotels.com. We hit some hiccups, but the Manager working made sure everything was taken care of! I'm hoping they follow through on firing a maintenance worker, but otherwise the hotel was great!
